2) As a launch offer; we can give Rs.500 discount for each co working seat, So it cost Rs.6,500 plus 18% GST/month.

Note: if it's monthly basis, client has to to pay one month rent as deposit and two months rent as advance

3) If it's one year term payment; will offer one co working seat Rs.6,000/month; hence Rs.72,000 + 18% GST, which should be paid in advance!.

If client takes co working / Private Cabin for monthly basis -- client has to pay 1 month rent as Deposit & 1 month rent as advance!.)

As for as private executive cabin; our charges are Rs.20,000+ GST/ month, which we can give it for Rs.18,000+GST/month as launching offer & same we can offer Rs.2 lakhs include GST/ yearly basis.

Car parking available for executive cabin customer, which cost Rs.3,000/month extra.
